What does the price of an Odoo project depend on?
The number of apps
Each app (sales, inventory, accounting, manufacturing…) is configured to match your processes. Manufacturing and full accounting take the most work.
The number of users
More users means more access rights, more special cases and more people to train. It also affects licences and hosting.
Data migration
Starting from scratch costs nothing. Migrating customers and products takes 1 to 2 days; migrating the full history (invoices, journal entries, stock) takes more.
Custom development
Odoo covers most needs out of the box. Every custom development has a cost when it is built, then again at each version upgrade: keep it for what truly sets you apart.

How much does an Odoo licence cost?
The Community edition is free. Enterprise editions are billed by Odoo, per user and per month (public annual price excl. VAT, November 2026): about €24.9 for Standard (Odoo Online) and €44.9 for Custom (hosting of your choice, custom modules, multi-company). Odoo often offers a first-year discount; current prices are on odoo.com.
How much does Odoo hosting cost?
With the Standard edition, hosting is included by Odoo. For Community or Custom, Skillreso hosts Odoo in France from €49 excl. VAT per month (Basic), €99 (Classic), €199 (Booster), or €690 for a dedicated server with maintenance.
Can Odoo training be funded?
User onboarding is included in the project. For companies based in France, our Qualiopi-certified module training courses (Qualiopi is the French quality label for training providers) can be funded by their OPCO, the French training fund: when covered, the remaining cost can be €0.
