How does
OPCO funding work?
In France, an OPCO (skills operator) funds all or part of your employees’ training, depending on your professional sector. For training to be covered, the provider must be Qualiopi-certified, the French national quality standard for training providers. Skillreso is, certified by AFNOR. These schemes apply to companies established in France.
In practice: we draw up the program and the quote with you, you submit (or we help you submit) the funding request to your OPCO, the training takes place, then the OPCO pays the training provider directly. In many cases, you do not have to advance any costs.
The level of funding depends on your OPCO, your sector, the size of the company and its budgets. That is why we always start with a discussion: together we look at what can be funded before you commit.

What is an OPCO?
An OPCO (skills operator) is a French approved body that funds the training of employees in a given professional sector. Your OPCO depends on your company’s activity. It concerns companies established in France.
Why is Qualiopi certification required?
In France, for a training course to be funded by public or pooled funds, the training provider must be Qualiopi-certified. Skillreso is certified by AFNOR, and its certificate is published on the website.
Which Odoo training courses can be funded?
Our Qualiopi-certified on-site courses: sales and invoicing, inventory and purchasing, manufacturing, accounting, point of sale. Funding depends on your OPCO and your situation.
Do we have to pay the training costs upfront?
Not necessarily. When the OPCO pays the training provider directly, you have no costs to advance. We check this with you before starting.
When should the request be submitted to the OPCO?
Generally before the training starts. That is why it is best to contact us early: we prepare the program and the quote so that the application is complete.
Is the online platform funded by the OPCO?
Funding mainly concerns on-site training. For the online platform, let’s discuss it during the call: it depends on your OPCO.
