Skillreso is founded
After several years in business IT, Thomas Drouot discovers Odoo and immediately sees what most integrators miss: the software is excellent, but implementations are often rushed. Clients end up with a poorly configured tool, untrained teams, and a provider who cannot be reached six months after go-live.
Skillreso is founded in Angers with a simple conviction: implement Odoo honestly, without shortcuts, and stay involved over the long term. Not an agency — a partner.
- 2017–2019
The first proprietary modules
Faced with the recurring limits of standard Odoo, we start developing our own modules. Not to pump up the numbers — to fill the real gaps our clients run into every day.
Each module stems from a concrete need: catalogue-style variant management for B2B orders, product visibility per customer, automatic sending to accounting firms... A library that grows with every project.

Complex projects & Qualiopi certification
We deliver The FUU — one of our most ambitious projects: a complete Odoo stack to manage field sales agents, a B2B customer ordering platform and direct B2C sales, all in a single tool. Proof that our multi-channel approach works.
At the same time, we obtain Qualiopi certification (the French national quality standard for training providers). Our Odoo expertise deserved to be taught. We launch our training catalogue — on-site and on our online platform.

A growing team, a clear ambition
Today, Skillreso is a team of Odoo experts based in Angers, 20+ modules maintained in production, and a stated ambition: grow to 10 people and become the go-to partner for small and mid-sized businesses with complex multi-channel operations — the ones generalist integrators cannot handle.

Honesty before the sale
We tell you if Odoo isn't right for you. We tell you if your budget isn't enough. We would rather lose a project than deliver something that won't work — and have to explain it six months later.
We stay after go-live
At Skillreso, the relationship doesn't end at delivery. Maintenance, version upgrades, new features — we are here for the long run. It's our model, not an add-on we sell.
We code what we use
All our modules run in production at our own clients. We don't deliver theoretical code — we deliver code we maintain ourselves for every Odoo version. If it breaks for you, it breaks for us too.
Training is part of the project
An Odoo your teams don't master is a failed project — however good the implementation. Training is not an option at the end of the project. It's a step planned before go-live, Qualiopi-certified and eligible for OPCO funding in France.

Passionate about tech and management systems, Thomas founded Skillreso in 2015 after realising that most Odoo implementations were only half done — software delivered, teams left to fend for themselves, a provider nowhere to be found. He decided to do things differently: stay, maintain, improve. Ten years later, that's still Skillreso's DNA.

All our training courses are Qualiopi-certified — the French national quality standard for training providers. For companies in France, Skillreso training is eligible for OPCO funding, with no upfront payment possible.
