Twente naturally looks across the border. Many companies in the region have customers, suppliers or a subsidiary in Germany, France or Wallonia. As soon as an Odoo project includes a foreign company, a lot changes: a different chart of accounts, different VAT rules, specific e-invoicing obligations, and teams who want to work in their own language.
Skillreso is a French Odoo integrator, certified since 2015, with a head office in Angers, an office in Besançon and an address in Geneva. We speak Dutch, French, German and English: you discuss your project in Dutch, and we work in French with your French and Walloon teams and in German with your German teams.
We know Twente and visit the region regularly. We do not have an office there, but we are happy to come to you for an introductory meeting, a workshop or a project kick-off. In France, we run workshops and training on site, with the local teams.

Does Skillreso speak Dutch?
Yes. We speak Dutch, French, German and English. You have a Dutch-speaking contact person for your project, and we work in French or German with the local teams in France, Wallonia and Germany.
Does Skillreso have an office in Twente?
No. Our head office is in Angers, with an office in Besançon and an address in Geneva. We know Twente well, visit regularly and are happy to come to you.
Can you work as a subcontractor for a Dutch Odoo integrator?
Yes. If your client has a company in France, Wallonia or Germany, we take care of the local part: accounting and VAT, e-invoicing, on-site workshops and training. Together we agree on how we work with you and your client.
What does French e-invoicing mean for a Dutch company?
The reform applies to companies established in France. If you have a French company, it must be able to receive electronic invoices since 1 September 2026 and, if it is an SME, issue them from 1 September 2027. Odoo is an approved platform: we set it up for you.
What about e-invoicing in Belgium and Germany?
In Belgium, e-invoicing via Peppol has been mandatory for B2B invoices since 1 January 2026. In Germany, the XRechnung or ZUGFeRD formats are used. We configure Odoo so that each company invoices according to its country’s rules.
