WHY A CONNECTOR

Two tools,
one single truth.

Without a connector, PrestaShop orders are re-keyed by hand into the management tool, online stock drifts, and you sell products you no longer have. With a poorly designed connector it is worse: duplicate customers, badly linked variants, orders stuck without anyone noticing.

PrestaShop remains widely used by French and European online retailers. The connector uses the PrestaShop webservice to fetch orders and send stock back, linking each combination to an Odoo variant, including in multistore setups.

Odoo becomes the reference for products, prices and stock; the shop remains your storefront. You keep your site, your theme and your selling habits, and gain complete management behind it: picking, replenishment, manufacturing, invoicing, accounting.

Can Odoo be connected to PrestaShop?

Yes. Our connector synchronises orders, customers, products and stock between PrestaShop and Odoo, whether you use Odoo Community or Enterprise.

Does the connector work with PrestaShop multistore?

Yes. Orders from each store arrive in Odoo with their origin, and stock is sent back to each store according to your rules.

Do I need to rebuild my website to use Odoo?

No. You keep your PrestaShop shop and theme; Odoo takes care of the management behind it. If you ever want to leave your CMS, a headless website wired to Odoo is an option.

What happens if a synchronisation fails?

Every exchange is logged. An error is visible with its cause, and the exchange can be retried once fixed. We monitor and maintain the connector.

Does the connector work with manufacturing in Odoo?

Yes. An online order can reserve stock or trigger a manufacturing order, and the stock sent back to the shop reflects what you produce.
